Hon'ble Supreme Court of India Guidelines Compliance
In accordance with the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India guidelines (Writ Petition (Civil) No. 728 of 2015), fireworks cannot be directly sold through an online payment gateway or delivered via regular passenger/courier services. Recommended Do's
- Always ignite fireworks outdoors in clear, open grounds far from parked vehicles, overhead electric cables, and dry leaves.
- Keep a bucket of clean water and dry sand readily accessible right beside your celebration spot.
- Use an incense stick (agarbatti) or a long sparkler punk to ignite fuses from a safe arm's length.
- Ensure children are always directly supervised by a responsible adult when holding sparklers or watching fireworks.
- Wear well-fitted cotton clothing and protective footwear. Avoid loose synthetic garments.
Strict Don'ts
- Never attempt to re-ignite or pick up a firework that failed to go off. Wait at least 15 minutes, then soak with water.
- Never ignite fireworks inside containers such as tin cans, metal buckets, or glass bottles.
- Never lean your face or body directly over an aerial single shot or multi-shot cake when lighting the fuse.
- Never carry crackers inside your pockets or store them near stoves, candles, or direct sunlight.
- Never point sky rockets or aerial shells horizontally or towards residential buildings or animals.
